Grechi

Alessia holds an Advanced Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)—the highest level of education available in the field. She offers an integrative and patient-centered approach to health, combining multiple modalities to restore balance and vitality. Her commitment to Chinese medicine is reflected in her continual pursuit of deeper knowledge and understanding of disease, allowing her to provide highly individualized care for a diverse range of patients.

With extensive training in natural and holistic medicine, Alessia integrates therapies such as acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, Gua Sha, moxibustion, electrotherapy, and facial acupuncture, along with tailored lifestyle and dietary recommendations. Her clinical focus includes pain management, gynecology and fertility, digestive, and autoimmune disorders, chronic conditions, geriatric care, and mental health.

Alessia’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that true health arises from harmony between the mind, body, and spirit. Outside of her clinical practice, she is an avid nature enthusiast, often found tending her garden, hiking with her Dutch Shepherd, Luna, or foraging for medicinal and edible plants. A passionate cook, she seamlessly weaves traditional Chinese food therapy into both her kitchen and her treatment plans—bridging nourishment and medicine in every sense.

Nadin Alhasani

(R.Ac)

Nadin Alhasani is a Registered Acupuncturist and a proud member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). She is dedicated to helping individuals reduce pain, manage stress, and restore balance—naturally and holistically.

With a gentle approach and a deep understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nadin supports patients dealing with a wide range of concerns, including: chronic pain (back, neck, shoulder, knee, sciatica); stress, anxiety, and sleep disturbances; migraines and tension headaches; women’s health issues (PMS, menopause, fertility); signs of facial aging (wrinkles, sagging, dull complexion); nerve pain and post-injury recovery.

Nadin provides safe, effective, and personalized acupuncture treatments that focus on treating the root cause of symptoms—not just masking them. She also has advanced training in:

• Cosmetic Acupuncture – for natural facial rejuvenation to lift, brighten, and refresh the skin

• Musculoskeletal Acupuncture Manual Course – to relieve pain, improve mobility, and address structural imbalances

Paul
Lewis

(R.Ac, Osteopath)

Paul Lewis has been a Registered Acupuncturist and Osteopath for close to 25 years in Ontario. He specializes in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Classical Osteopathy.  Paul does both rehabilitation/sports acupuncture, and wellness acupuncture including Cosmetic Acupuncture.

Paul was educated at the University of Toronto in Political Science and History and went on to Graduate School to do his Master’s in Public Policy and Administration. After graduating, he attended the New Earth College in Toronto, to study Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and advanced Chinese Therapeutics, culminating in a graduate programme of study in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture. Paul also studied shiatsu, homeopathy, nutrition, and Reiki which earned him his Doctorate of Natural Medicine. He is Clean Needle Technique certified.

In practice, Paul has worked at various rehabilitation clinics, spas, and for 15 years, a leading rehabilitation hospital in Toronto. He has treated a variety of ailments including low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, knee pain, arthritis, issues of the spine, migraines, allergies, sports injuries, stress and anxiety, stroke rehabilitation, and fertility. Paul also performs non-surgical facelifts.

As well as being registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO), Paul also belongs to The Canadian Society of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, the World Tung’s Acupuncture Association, the Examining Board of Natural Medicine Practitioners, The General Osteopathic Council of Ontario and the Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine. Meiying
Chen

(R.TCMP/R.Ac)

Meiying Chen is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) and a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP) in Ontario. She also completed the two-year diploma program of Physiotherapy Assistant & Occupational Therapy Assistant (PTA/OTA) at Conestoga College from 2014-2016. Meiying is also committed to helping others understand the benefits of TCM through teaching at the Canadian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.


Meiying graduated from Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2008 and was a MD in China. She worked in the Community Medicine Center and Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital as Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from 2008 to 2013.

Meiying has extensive clinical experience for specific health conditions such as nervous system diseases, gynecology/infertility, pain syndrome, post stroke rehabilitation, and internal medicine diseases.

Meiying uses a number of treatment options based on the patient’s diagnosis. This may include a combination of herbal medicine and treatment modalities, such as acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, Gua sha, and Tui Na. Like acupuncture, Tui Na involves the stimulation of specific points of the body. Tui Na helps promote the blood circulation of the body, and enhances the qi blood supply. Tui Na uses Chinese massage and manipulation techniques. As a result, Meiying uses Tui Na to treat a variety of pain types, musculoskeletal syndromes, and digestive, respiratory and reproductive system disorders.

A registered massage therapist with more than 10 years experience in treating various conditions, especially in pain management.
